Project Status: In Design

This project seeks to provide comfortable, affordable accommodations to students, young professionals, and families across the Kansas City area and beyond. Our design team has proposed several concepts that utilize the versatility and functionality of the shipping container. Pairing this structural module with streamlined floor plans will allow for an expedited construction process that can provide an in demand housing option in response to any number of circumstances. In addition to these inherent efficiencies, our team has worked to provide concepts that are approachable at the human scale and provide beautiful settings for residents to enjoy everyday life.
