This development concept responded to a Request for Proposals in Leavenworth, KS. Leavenworth is undergoing some incredible growth and is eager to bring new development and small business traffic to the historic downtown corridor. Our proposed project brought the Leavenworth Public Library together with a forward thinking business incubator to create the catalyst for growth in this region and to create a public resource for aspiring entrepreneurs.
