This wonderful family home on the shoreline of Lake Quivira is a gem of the private Lake Quivira, KS community. We were tasked with the strategic removal of an existing stone garage that was becoming an issue for the owners. Our hands on, problem solving design method brought us alongside the family’s Kansas City contractor to provide a tailored solution. When complete, we will have provided a new 3 car garage with an expansive roof top deck that ties seamlessly into the home’s existing architecture and magnifies the incredible views of Lake Quivira.
