Project Status: Infill Concept

Inflation, Interest Rates, and Scarcity have been pushing home ownership out of reach of so many families in our community. To make matters worse, fewer and fewer builders are producing a smaller, more affordable home product. The average new home was 2,286 SF in 2023, which is actually DOWN from over 2,800 SF in 2015. Our team has challenged itself to come up with a concept that could provide the pride and security of home ownership in half the size. The result of this experiment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in less than 1,200 total square feet. We are targeting a pilot project in Kansas City, KS in 2025, and we will be making our prototypes available to our clients soon. Contact us if you are interested!
